Introducing Scan Beats
Scan Beats is a publishing company that will provide ownership options of audio for artists on tooGGee. On tooGGee, Artists claim ownership rights to personally created audio. When Artists upload new music to be used and shared by Influencers and members, they will be able to own their audio uploads. All Artist and Featured Artists’ audio will be located and available for Influencers to use for their next viral post.
On tooGGee, artists and creators can combine to make history! Creators can earn by growing an unknown song into popularity. Some audio may be featured on the tooGGee app. NOTE: On the first version of tooGGee, ‘Artists’ and ‘Featured Artists’ can experience monetary gain with the success of any uploaded audio.

GUIDELINES:
‘Artists’ and ‘Featured Artists’ can gain ownership rights to their audio through our Publisher’s Agreement. Only ‘Artists’ and ‘Featured Artists’ can a publisher’s agreement on tooGGee. The Publisher’s Agreement grants the ‘Artist’ and ‘Featured Artists’ on tooGGee the shared rights to all uploaded audio. Audio publishing rights are shared with the ‘Artist’ and Scan Beats Publishing. Artists can experience monetary gain from tooGGee with the success of their uploaded audio.
Music Editing
GUIDELINES:
The purpose of providing music editing capabilities to users is to allow users to upload, add, change, or delete any music or audio within their access on the app.
FREE MUSIC EDITING:
For the first version of the tooGGee app, free users can edit all music within “Free User” access.
PREMIUM MUSIC EDITING:
For the first version of the tooGGee app, premium users can edit all music within “Premium User” access.
